Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your personal data or close your client portal account at any time. This page explains how to ask and what happens next.

Last updated: [Add date] — placeholder, set the effective date before publishing.

How to make a request

Email info@simpletobook.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", or call +1 844 (714)-2695. Signed-in portal users can also open a support request from the portal, which creates a tracked record of the request.

Tell us your full name, the company the account belongs to, and whether you want your portal account closed, your personal data deleted, or both.

Identity verification

Before we delete anything we confirm that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised representative of the client company. We may ask you to reply from the email address registered on the account, or to confirm the request from inside your portal session.

What we delete

  • Your portal login and profile details.
  • Documents you uploaded, unless we are legally required to retain them.
  • Support messages, appointment records and notification history tied to your user account.
  • Marketing contact details and newsletter subscriptions.

What we must keep

Accounting and tax records, invoices and engagement records are subject to statutory retention periods, and security audit logs are kept as a fraud and access-control safeguard. These are retained for the required period and then deleted.

[Placeholder — confirm the exact retention periods with your legal adviser before publishing.]

Timing

We acknowledge requests within five business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. If we cannot delete something, we tell you what we kept and why.
